Cookie & Storage Notice

1. What this notice covers

This notice explains cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser technologies used by One Water OS. The platform currently relies primarily on first-party browser storage and first-party event records, not a third-party behavioral advertising cookie network.

2. First-party storage

A random visitor identifier helps count repeat activity without requiring a name. Browser storage may also remember a voluntarily supplied professional profile, Academy learning progress, a Capture Call desk code, a graph answer waiting to be saved after sign-in, display preferences, a locally saved Knowledge Risk Scan scorecard, a locally saved Graph to Work draft, and whether an event was already counted during the current session. Signed-in follows, saved graph answers, and synchronized learning progress are stored server-side with the member desk, not only in browser storage.

3. Audience analytics

First-party events may record a page or content identifier, navigation destination, referral, video play or completion, coarse Cloudflare geography, and an optional signed-in or self-described professional profile. My Water OS adoption reporting counts desk, brief, follow, save, and recommendation events. Form contents and saved graph answer bodies are not copied into click analytics, and raw IP addresses are not stored in this audience layer.

4. Embedded and external services

Vimeo is loaded when a visitor chooses to play video and may use its own cookies or storage under its policies. Font, email, telephony, and other service providers receive only the requests needed to deliver their function. Links to outside sites follow those sites' notices.

5. Your controls

You can clear site data through browser settings, block storage, or use private browsing. Some features, including sign-in, pending graph saves, browser-to-desk learning sync, saved scorecards, saved work-product drafts, repeat-event control, and remembered preferences, may stop working. Clearing browser storage does not remove information already saved to a member desk. Use the desk controls or account deletion to remove that information. Browser privacy tools may also limit embedded media.

6. Consent review
