Terms of Use
The public platform agreement for One Water OS visitors, contributors, and organizational users.
1. Agreement and operator
One Water OS is operated and completely powered by APAS.ai. By using the public graph, media, learning, capture, directory, research, and related services, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Knowledge Disclaimer.
2. Educational platform, not professional advice
The services share educational and professional knowledge. They are not engineering, legal, regulatory, emergency, or operational advice for a specific system. Qualified people responsible for local conditions must make real decisions.
3. Accounts and organizational access
You are responsible for protecting account and desk credentials and for activity under them. Organizational access, data separation, service levels, confidentiality, and procurement requirements may be governed by a separate signed agreement that controls if it conflicts with these public Terms.
4. Your content and contribution choices
You retain ownership of material you contribute. Public contributions are licensed as described in Content Licensing. Private and organizational contributions are not licensed to the public. You confirm that you have the right to submit material and that your visibility and credit choices are accurate.
5. Review, moderation, and removal
APAS.ai and designated stewards may review, edit for clarity, hold, reject, hide, or remove material to protect safety, rights, quality, attribution, and the integrity of the commons. Public publishing workflows may require human approval.
6. Communications and recordings
Email, text, or scheduled calls occur only through the feature and consent path presented. Users may opt out through the provided control or by contacting APAS.ai. Capture sessions are recorded and transcribed only when disclosed and consented to.
7. Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or end. APAS.ai may update these Terms and will post material revisions with a new date. Enterprise commitments exist only in signed agreements.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The public services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent allowed by law. APAS.ai disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from public-service use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Governing law, venue, enterprise liability caps, and entity details must be completed by counsel before these Terms become effective.
