Controls at a glance
| Identity | Visitors may remain anonymous. Names, roles, sectors, and organizations are collected only when signed in or voluntarily supplied. |
|---|---|
| Audience geography | Country, region, and city are derived from coarse Cloudflare request metadata when available. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the audience analytics layer. |
| Public knowledge | Public contributions are reviewed before publication, credited to the contributor, and governed by the published commons license. |
| Organizational knowledge | Private and organizational captures do not automatically enter the public graph. Tenant agreements and designated stewards govern access and release. |
| AI outputs | AI is disclosed, provenance is surfaced where available, and professional decisions remain with qualified people. Human approval gates publishing workflows. |
| Advertising | Sponsorship is visibly labeled. Audience reports use aggregate performance; One Water OS does not operate a third-party behavioral advertising network. |
